The Crisis Intervention Fund aims to mitigate the housing crisis by supporting CUPS participants with housing stability needs.
Graduated Rent Subsidy Program
The Graduated Rent Subsidy program is available to individuals graduating from Calgary Homeless Foundation programs
Community Development
The Community Development program is designed to provide housing and community engagement support. Referrals to the Community Development program originate from the Calgary Homeless Foundations Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) system.
Key Case Management
The Key Case Management program provides intensive case management toward long-term housing stability and improved well-being. Referrals to the Key Case Management program originate from the Calgary Homeless Foundations Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) system.
Homes 4 Health
Homes for Health is a housing program aimed at supporting those experiencing significant physical health needs in addition to substance use and/or mental health concerns.
Homes for Health provides short-term, intensive stabilization support, with individuals graduating into less intensive supportive housing (within or outside of the Homeless Serving System of Care) or independent housing (e.g., renting unsubsidized, GRSP).
