Community Development

In collaboration with HomeSpace Society, this housing-first program has approximately 149 units through four subsidized buildings in different parts of the city. Our Community Developers work to engage tenants within their building and the larger community to create natural support system(s), as well as find internal and external resources as needed.

CUPS Community Developers are working onsite four days/week in the Resource Room of each building, helping to connect participants to resources.

Who is Community Development for?

All program referrals come from the Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) Placement committee meetings.
