Opioid Agonist Treatment

CUPS offers Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT), like suboxone, methadone, or Kadian, for people who want to reduce their dependence on illicit opioids and use these medications as part of their recovery.

The CUPS OAT team provides person-centered, peer-supported, integrated primary care and opioid agonist treatment (OAT). The multidisciplinary team provides case management support to reduce the barriers to accessing opioid agonist treatment (OAT).  The team will work to support participants with OAT education, assessments, medication initiations, addiction counselling, social support, and follow-up care.
