Practicum Students

Hands on experience for an impactful career

CUPS is committed to providing learning opportunities for those who are passionate about learning from and working with vulnerable populations. Practicum students are a great asset to the work we do with low income community members in Calgary.

Student practicum positions exist in all service areas, including health, housing supports, education and support services.

If you are interested in applying for a practicum at CUPS, please submit your cover letter and resume to practicum@cupscalgary.com.

Your email request must also include:

  • Name of your post-secondary institution

  • Name of the program you’re enrolled in

  • Required practicum hours (days and hours per week)

  • Practicum term (start and end date)

  • Learning objectives

  • Preceptor/Supervisor requirements
