CUPS Health & Education Centres offer a wide array of programs to enhance life and parenting skills, increase self-esteem and reduce isolation. Our programs help participants become self-sufficient, increase employability, build stability and wellness, and avoid future adversity.
Whether it’s sewing, nutrition, pre-natal courses, money management, or anger management, we help people move from surviving to thriving.
