Best on the 'net!
CUPS is catching people's attentions... for its website! CUPS is thrilled to learn that its newly redesigned and recently launched website is generating interest in the design field. In a recent post on their blog, Vandelay Design listed the CUPS website on its feature: 40 Of The Best Websites of Non-Profit Organizations. Other organizations garnering status include Ducks Unlimited, Amnesty International, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and The Nature Conservancy. "This is really exciting" says CUPS' Senior Director External Relations and Development, Tim Stock-Bateman. "We put a lot of work into the website, worked with a great team of designers at ZeroGravity who ultimately convinced us to take a bit of a risk, and went after something that we hoped would balance the spirit of our work as an organization and the lives and realities of the people we serve. We ended up with a great site that we're happy with... and clearly it's a site that works. It's an honour to have our website included on a list with other bigger, international and well-respected organizations." CUPS has collaborated with ZeroGravity on many projects. This is not the first recognition the two have received for their projects. The CUPS 2007 Annual Report received an Award of Excellence from Hemlock Printers.
