Attempting to be humorous, we suggested to Karen, “So two out of seven members of your senior team had that as a must-achieve desired result, but you believe 95 percent of all employees would have stated that result? ” Karen whispered, “I did not get that far. ” “No problem at all. Karen. Let’s move on to another one. ” “Perfect. ” One other hand went up. Yes, of course, it was the chief financial officer. ” “For now, let’s use what you have. ” This exercise went on for another ten minutes.
